  • What music genres do you specialize in?
    We specialize in the music YOU want. We have years of experience with many types of music genres. If for some reason we're not familiar with the music genre you want, we take the time to learn and master it before your event.
  • Do you take song requests?
    Yes, we take requests as long as they match the desires you expressed as we prepared for your event.
  • Do you choose the music? What sort of input can we have?
    You can have as much input as you want! Some people prefer to have lots of input with the music selection, while others want to take a step back from the music side of things and let us curate the music list. We cater to what best suits you!
  • Do you provide music for ceremonies, cocktail hour, dinner, etc.?
    Yes, we take the time to create custom playlists that fit any moment you need based on YOUR music taste.
  • Do you live mix for the dance floor or just push play on a playlist?
    We always live mix on the dance floor. Mixing live allows us to read the crowd, stay engaged, and pivot our music strategy to ensure the dance floor is always packed and memorable!
  • What equipment comes with the basic package?
    We have a full DJ booth which includes: - Wireless microphone - Lapel microphone - Dance Lights - 2x speaker w/ stands - Mixer - Table w/ cloth We also provide a portable satellite speaker w/ music and microphone connectivity for moments that take place outside the dance floor area.
  • Do you have Up-lights? And if so, does it cost extra?
    Yes, as an add-on we can provide 20x uplights for $400. If you require fewer uplights, we will adjust the pricing.
  • Do you have a lapel microphone for our officiant?
    Yes!
  • Would we have to book extra hours for setup and teardown time?
    No. We will always arrive at least two hours before the event start time to set up but we won't charge you for those two extra hours. Same applies for the time it takes us to tear down.
  • Can we choose our DJ?
    We will always consider your request, however, with availability and location being an important factor for everyone on our team, we can't always guarantee your DJ request. We take pride in our team consistency and can guarantee that the DJ you end up with will make you feel like you got the best guy on the team!
  • How many DJs/hosts do you provide for each event?
    We typically assign 1 DJ per event. Exceptions are sometimes made based on event situations.
  • Do you work weddings in Dallas?
    Yes! Although we are based in Austin and San Antonio, we are open to travel almost anywhere. A travel fee may be added depending on the distance.
  • Do you provide "dancing on the clouds" services?
    No, we specialize in hosting and DJing. However, we do have a few recommendations for "dancing on the clouds" services.
