The ceremony
Three spots to choose from: the covered stage under the oaks, the windmill site with its benches, or the covered patio. We place and test microphones for your officiant and your vows wherever you say I do.

Cocktail hour
Guests mingle on the patios or in the hall while you take portraits, longhorns in the background if you want them. Music follows your guests so there’s never a quiet gap.

Dinner, inside or out
Reception in the banquet hall or outdoors in the courtyard under the hanging lights. Entrances, toasts, first dance, and cake, each one on cue.

The dance floor and send-off
Live mixed for the guests you actually have, up to the venue’s music end time. Sparklers are allowed for the send-off, and we cue the last song so it lands right.

- Ranch Austin requires a DJ from its approved vendor list. We’re on it, so there’s nothing extra to clear with the venue.
- No subwoofers, and outdoor reception music plays through Ranch Austin’s own speakers. Ceremony and cocktail hour can use ours. We plan the sound around that so it still fills the courtyard.
- Music ends at 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays and 10 PM Sunday through Thursday. We build your timeline backward from that so nothing gets squeezed.
- Your rental is 12 hours, with setup and pack-down inside it. We set up and leave within your window.
- If it rains, the covered patio is the built-in backup for up to 160 guests, and we can move the ceremony sound there.
