The ceremony
Under the oak trees or inside the chapel. Outdoors, we place and test microphones for your officiant and your vows so the back rows hear every word. In the chapel, we keep the sound soft and clear.

Cocktail hour on the patio
The covered patio sits a short walk from both ceremony spots and opens into the reception hall. Music follows your guests over while you take portraits around the grounds.

Entrances and dinner in the barn
High arched ceilings and tall windows look beautiful and carry sound, so we set the room up for clear toasts. Entrances, toasts, first dance, and cake, each one on cue.

The dance floor
Live mixed for the guests you actually have, until the last song. Then we pack down inside your rental window so the cleanup hour stays calm.

- Your Posey Meadows rental covers 12 hours, including setup, and the last hour is for cleanup. We set up and pack down inside that window, so you don’t need extra venue hours for us.
- Posey Meadows asks every couple to book a day-of coordinator from its preferred list. We work from the same timeline as your coordinator, so the day runs from one plan.
- Music follows Hays County noise rules. Normal celebration volume is fine, and we keep it there.
- Posey Meadows hosts one event a day, so nobody is rushing you out for the next wedding.

Yes. We bring ceremony microphones and speakers to whichever spot you choose, then move the music to the patio and the barn.
Do we need to buy extra venue hours for the DJ?
No. We set up and pack down inside your 12-hour rental, the same as the rest of your vendors.
How much is a host, emcee, and DJ at Posey Meadows?
Our price is $2,100 for 4 hours, with $300 off for Posey Meadows couples. Add or remove time at $100 an hour on our price calculator.
